Terms of Service.
The terms governing use of Perch.
1. The service
Perch is a desk-booking service for organizations: authentication, organization and membership management, desk bookings, transactional email, and a per-user calendar feed.
2. Accounts and organizations
Access is through an organization. Organization administrators manage membership, roles, and resources; members book desks within their organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Use Perch lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, disrupt the service, or circumvent tenant isolation or access controls.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
For reviewPlan tiers, trial terms, renewal, and EU VAT handling are defined by commercial billing (PER-48) and confirmed in the legal review. Placeholder pending those.
5. Cancellation and refunds
For reviewEU consumer-law rights (right of withdrawal, refund terms) are to be confirmed by the legal review and aligned with the billing flows. Placeholder pending those.
6. Data protection
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and, for organization data, the Data Processing Agreement. Sub-processors are listed on the Sub-processors page.
7. Warranties and liability
For reviewService-availability commitments and limitation-of-liability caps are to be set by the legal review (spec §11.3). Placeholder pending that.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Either party may end the relationship subject to the data-retention and deletion terms in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
